How Televisits Work

Call our office to determine if your visit qualifies for a televisit appointment.
Schedule your televisit during normal office hours: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM.
Connect through our secure Patient Portal platform for your scheduled appointment.
Receive care, prescriptions, referrals, and follow-up instructions directly from Dr. Patel.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of current medications. Arriving 15 minutes early allows time for new patient paperwork.

How do I request a prescription refill?

Refill requests can be submitted through the Patient Portal or by calling our office. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing.
