Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about becoming a patient at Patel Primary Care — from scheduling and insurance to services, Dr. Patel's approach, and what to expect at your first visit.

New Patients
Do you accept new patients?
Yes! Patel Primary Care is actively welcoming new adult patients in Wildomar, CA and surrounding areas including Murrieta, Temecula, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, and Winchester. Call (951) 696-5837 to schedule your first appointment.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a complete list of all current medications (including over-the-counter medications and supplements), any recent lab results or medical records from previous providers, and a list of health questions or concerns you'd like to discuss. How long is a new patient appointment?
New patient appointments are generally 30–45 minutes. Dr. Patel wants to get to know you properly — reviewing your full health history, discussing your current concerns, and establishing a preventive care plan — without rushing.
